Title: Oracle CRM Technical Consultant
Provide technical guidance as to the capabilities of the current CRM (Oracle On-Demand) platform and make suggestions as to the best approach given CRM requirements
Work with business users to gather, analyze and document business requirements to develop dashboard and online reports.
Expertise in working knowledge on CRM on demand LIfe sciences Edition(Medical Industry)
Well versed with on demand custom reports, interface customization(Dashboards).
Design solutions to CRM business requirements, including integrations with other Business Support Systems (BSS)
Develop Project Plans for the implementation of CRM solutions, following up on task status and providing weekly status reports
Configuring the CRM platform according to designs
Develop and execute Test Plans to ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements
Handover technical and process documentation to Operations for the support of CRM
Coordinate support issues and other day-to-day communications with the vendor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
At least 4+ years experience of hands-on Oracle CRM (OnDemand/Siebel) implementations
Deep technical knowledge of CRM and its Architecture
Familiarity with development methodologies (agile, scrum, etc) and the software development lifecycle in general (SDLC)
Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised with remote and local teams
Willingness to take-on a variety of tasks
Minimum 4 years experience implementing Oracle CRM
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
