We are looking for an Oracle RightNow Specialist, who can handle all the incoming requests from the customers remotely.
The customer uses Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow). Their Contact Center (CC) routes phone calls to their CC agents and when an incoming call comes in, they would like an Oracle screen-pop to occur.
Prior to reaching the agent, the CC will perform a lookup in Oracle based on the incoming phone number (ANI). The lookup will result in one of the following 3 scenarios:
1. No contact found
2. Single contact found
3. Multiple contacts found
As for the screen-pops, we need the following screen-pops in Oracle:
1. No contact found – Pop a New Contact form
2. Single contact found – Pop the Contact
3. Multiple contacts found – Display the list of contacts
4-5 Years of Oracle RightNow Experience
Should be familiar with Oracle Service Cloud
Need the confirmation in 4 working days
Should be able to remotely handle all the incoming customer traffic
