OS Commerce customization

Looking for customization of OSCommerce for website [url removed, login to view] The developer working on project abandoned it mid-way.

Homepage changes:

1. Fix the white which is getting extended into the wooden background.

2. Include the Rs. symbol as image.

3. Remove the band on which price appears and keep it simple.

4. Pass ProductName in the facebook & twitter buttons. Currently only link value is being passed.

Once the changes are incorporated, you need to provide the same layout for category page. Each category page will have no more than 9 products and therefore need pagination. The selected provider is expected to provide inputs.

Product Detail page:

Although many items will be having a larger image, we need to scale down the size using the img height width parameters. For sample, please refer to any product page on [url removed, login to view] Each product page will also have the icons for instant sharing on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. Google+ icon will be inactive for now. I would like to have the multiple shipping price option for each item. Necessary changes need to be made in backend a well.

Menu: I would like a drop down to be generated for products to be browsed by Manufacturer. Open to suggestion too.

For some reason, the backend is unable to take different values for "Regular Price" and "Sale Price". This too needs to be fixed.

Shopping cart page and user information capture page, I have not given much thought as we have not reached that stage yet. If you can give some examples, that would be useful.

Budget: $200 or less.
