Picture framing module

I would like an add-on for Oscommerce that is very similar to the Personal Frame Shop at [login to view URL] . Basically, the way this works would be: Upload a picture which is stored. Choose size and colors of matting. Has option to add double matting. Chooses type and size of moulding. Displays an image of final product. *All the mouldings are already products in my store under the category "Mouldings". I want each one of these to appear in the selection for moulding, and the app should automatically show new mouldings added to that category as options. *When adding a new moulding product in Admin I want a place to upload the "tile-able" image and corner that will be used to generate the frame display in the app. *Mats colors are listed in the store already under the category "Mats", thes should update to the app just like the moulding. I want a new value added to products so I can assign a HEX color when uploading new mat items. This is the color that will display in the add-on when a user selects a mat. When a user uses the apps to generate a frame, it should show the total price of all items used to create the frame (so what the user sees as one custom item, oscommerce really sees as a red mat, a mat cut service, X feet of moulding (moulding is sold per foot), one hanger, and one dust proof backing. You get the idea, oscommerce sees it as a combination of individual items, but to the customer it appears as one total on their order. Editing features must appear in the admin section so my sales reps can make changes to custom frame orders by customers. Customers must be able to order more than one custom item in one order. Any questions? I didn't know what the cost of this project would be, please quote reasonably.
