Job Description:
Source code of the fully Functional app will be our property. Legal action will be taken if you will not provide us source code or will not fulfill the project after accepting it.
No money will be given as advance.
Amount will be released on milestones.

Project will be assigned to you after showing us atleast 50% of total work. In that 50% you will have develop app similar to Meesho App but with different color and different design.

Our app will connect retailers with wholesalers.
There should be Google Maps API in the app.
Wholesalers will signup on our App and list their products, create their catalog and share it with their contracts on social media. Retailers will check the products, add to cart and purchase the products by making payments.
After any order is placed, confirmation message and email should go to Wholesaler, Retailer and Admin.
Admin should be able to see all the sales and other details on their panel.
There should be a customer service feature also, where retailers can raise a ticket against any product they purchase from any wholesalers.
Once any Complaint is raised, a copy should go to that concerned wholesaler, Retailer, admin.
Admin should have all the right to take the final decision on any Complaint.
GST should be calculated as per slabs.
