Shopify gateway integrations have a hard constraint worth naming first: Shopify does not allow arbitrary custom payment code at checkout. Either M-Paisa is available as an approved payment app for your region, or the route is a manual payment method plus a verification flow, which behaves differently for the customer. I check which of the two applies to your store before quoting further work, because the answer changes the whole approach. Assuming the second route: order placed, customer pays through M-Paisa, confirmation reconciled against the order, and fulfilment released. 1400 INR, 7 days.
