Thailand Online Payment Platform Operator from 11am to 11pm

I operate a growing online payment platform that handles high-volume domestic transactions across Thailand. I now need a dedicated operator whose primary responsibility is to process transactions in real time and keep the payment flow running smoothly. Scope of work • Process every incoming domestic payment quickly and accurately, watching the dashboard for exceptions or declines. • Monitor each transaction’s life-cycle, flag anomalies, and initiate the internal escalation flow whenever something looks off. • Reconcile completed batches against bank records and our ledger before submitting an end-of-shift summary. • Coordinate with customer support if a payment requires manual follow-up so that users never notice a hiccup. Environment & tools The back office is a web dashboard built on Laravel and MySQL, tied into Thai banking rails (PromptPay, local card processors, mobile wallets). No coding is required, but you should feel comfortable navigating admin panels and reading basic status/error codes. Timing & responsiveness I need you online for at least four peak hours between 09:00 – 18:00 Bangkok Time, with the ability to react to a new transaction alert within five minutes during that window—perfect for a disciplined digital nomad who already works from Thailand. Deliverables 1. All daily transactions processed and reconciled; zero unaccounted items. 2. End-of-shift report summarising volumes, exceptions, and any incidents that need technical follow-up. Acceptance criteria • 99.5 % first-pass success rate. • Exception tickets opened within 10 minutes of an alert. • Daily report filed before clock-out. We will start with a paid trial day; if everything runs smoothly, this can become an ongoing engagement.
