Paypal/Worldpay Shopping Cart System

This project was previously posted in relation to my website www.reckonnect.co.uk. This project has now been completed and needs to be repeated for my sites [login to view URL] and www.reckonize-art.com. There is some slight fine tuning required for [login to view URL] as well. If the initial work is carried out satisfactorily I would like to stay with the same service provider to carry out remedial works to [login to view URL] and further web design work. The previous job spec is copied below: I have a web-site [login to view URL] and it is being transferred to a new layout. The new buying page or product page layout will be as [login to view URL] . When a buyer clicks on buy it now I want a checkout similar to [login to view URL] with a shipping destination choice early on in the process, with a choice of Paypal or Worldpay - no discount voucher and no wrapping option. I want this applied to one page on my site [login to view URL] , copiable and editable so that I can apply it to other pages.
