I’m building a next-generation smart key for my Alfa Romeo Giulia and need an electronics/product designer who can take the idea from concept to fully tested prototype. The unit must remotely lock / unlock the car and interface seamlessly with the factory immobiliser using a secure rolling-code protocol. The key will house a small colour LCD whose sole job is to show battery status at a glance. Around that screen I’d like simple touchscreen zones for a modern feel, and the finished fob should also support true keyless entry and push-button start so the driver never has to take it out of a pocket.
