I need an isolated DC-DC converter that delivers a clean, regulated 12 V rail at 20 A with better than 90 % efficiency and rock-solid performance under rapid load swings. The unit must meet automotive-grade expectations: wide input transients, OVP, OCP, thermal shutdown, robust EMI filtering and stable regulation through vibration and temperature extremes. The PCB has to stay compact so it can slide straight into a metal enclosure that doubles as a heatsink, therefore component placement and thermal paths are critical.
