I already have the PCB designed and a basic layout created in EAGLE, but I need the board routed (I don't want to use the auto router). The SMT ICs can be re-positioned, but the buttons and thru-hole LEDs can not as they are fixed within a project enclosure. The buttons are button-pads limiting the use of the top layer. You'll have to route between the pads on the top. The bottom layer contains the ICs and resistors. These can be moved anywhere on the bottom layer, but nothing placed on top.
I have routed this before so its very possible to do, but my routing skills aren't the best.
There are a total of:
5 SMT ICs
4 SMT pin headers
20 SMT resistors
16 thru-hole LEDs (in a fixed position)
The board size is about 3.5"x3.5"
