My bid includes hardware design, test prototype building (component cost will be extra as actual) for making the firmware ready and I will make everything ready that will keep uploading data to web server via MQTT. So a complete solution up to data delivery to your portal. Web design and development part is not included in this proposal. If needed, I can send you one or two prototypes for final testing at your side. Not exactly the same, but I have provided solution for this kind of gadgets before which were fully designed by me. I did something similar but was for a agriculture system. It controls the valves and get input of the pH and other sensors and computes the output. Next it transports the information to the server via WiFI and RS485 respectively. When you say Analog O/P I believe you mean DAC. This is what would be added.

This process can be automated simply with a standard PLC. I propose to design an S7-1200 PLC based solution which is able to handle the I/O of the project and also support modbus for future improvements.
