Redesign Brief - Rudra Equipment Quotation

Quotation Design Brief – Rudra Equipment We are looking for a freelancer to redesign our existing quotation format (currently in Word/PDF) into a more professional, attractive, and modern layout that reflects our brand identity. The main objective is to create a clean, easy-to-read quotation that builds trust and a premium feel for customers. The design should follow our brand theme (Grey + Yellow) and include our official Rudra Equipment logo. The scope of work includes redesigning the full quotation template with proper structure and alignment, and delivering it in an editable format (MS Word / Excel / Google Sheets preferred). A print-ready PDF version should also be provided. The quotation should include: - Company header (logo + contact details) - Customer details - Quotation number and date - Product table (Product name, description, quantity, price, GST, total) - Final amount summary (clearly highlighted) - Terms & conditions - Payment details - Signature/stamp section The design should be minimal, corporate, and industrial style (not overly colorful), with proper spacing, alignment, and readability. Subtle design elements/icons can be used where appropriate. Optional but preferred: - Auto-calculation (GST & totals) - Reusable template for daily use - Mobile-friendly version for WhatsApp sharing Deliverables: - Final quotation design - Editable source file - Print-ready PDF - (Optional) 1–2 design variations Timeline: 2–4 days Goal: When a customer sees the quotation, it should clearly communicate a professional, trustworthy, and premium brand image
