84267 Clickbank Form

I have classified ads program installed in my site and already have the clickbank merchant account. The system is the site can calculate the amount of money the client owe (so, you don't need to do anything for this section) - but the system need to link to the right clickbank form ( there are 37 forms so far and they are all different prices 1.99, 2.99 until 39.99). So, what i need you to do, is to modify the script a little bit - so when the script already calculate the money users owe - the script need to display the link to the right clickbank form . At this moment, i am only using a drop down menu where users can choose the money they owe. Thats all, i think that is quite simple.
