Simple ASP/SSI shopping cart with minor site tune up

The real need is a simple shopping cart for one of our smaller sites, www.beanbagchairfiller.com. It's a single item website. The cart should be able to deal with the current quantity break down (and S&H).
The site redesign is just to update/redesign our current 3 page site, the redeisng should include a site logo, It just needs a fresher look.
Currently we have a simple 3 page site, with a (non-working) 2 page shopping cart. Would like the site cleaned up (not too much work, after all it's only 3 pages, but in the redesign I would like to take better advantage of keywords for our product, and make the look of the site a little more 'hip'.
A quick, simple shopping cart to be added (maybe in ASP or PERL). Cart only needs to take orders for a single item, available at several price breaks. Cart should only accept orders from USA (inc AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, etc.). It should add for tax in CA ([url removed, login to view]%). It shuold validate credit card #s. It needs to assign an order number for accepted orders, and it needs to sent a confirmation email of the order to both us (with CC#) and the buyer (w/o CC#).
I believe that this should be somewhat simple to an ASP/PERL programmer.
Since the site is small, the work done should be easy to edit or update by me, as I don't have the time to redesign the site and get the cart working myself now, but I will do future work on the site, so coding that is easy to read is a must.
