Simple install of Perl and Auction Software - 2nd posting

Here's the situation. I have the software and have been playing with the perl scripts for months, trying to figure out how to configure everything. However, I don't have a clue what I'm doing, and I don't have the time to learn. So I'm willing to create an administrative login for whoever can do this project for me.

I need you install the software as per the instructions, which I have provided as an attachement. I need you to install all necessary perl scripts into the correct location, and I need you to double check that it works. If it does not work, you're not getting paid for the project. However, I'll release the funds to you no more than 24 hours after you've completed this project if you can get it done correctly. I will be double checking through the admin console in the software to insure that all neccesary perl modules have been installed. If they have not, I make ask you to complete that for me before payment.

In total, we're looking at a maximum of 2 hours work for someone who knows what they're doing. Obviously I don't, otherwise I'd do it myself. It originally took the person I purchased the software from 9 minutes to install the software and configure it. The rest of the time will be installing the perl scripts and modules and double checking your work.

Please give me your best bid, as I'm broke and can't afford much. Also, please read the attached document, as it's the install instructions for the software I'd like setup. Make sure you're able to do it, and understand what is involved before you place your bid, please.
