We are a one year old mortgage company with a need for an attractive home page.

We have developed a 100+ page web tool for managing our business and are proficient in database and perl programming. However we are deficient in web design so are seeking assistance in that area.

The bidder's first assignment is to add photos, background and other design features to our existing public web page, www.OLMortgage.com. Following that we would like to carry the same design to all of our pages linked to from the home page. Finally we will apply the design to our internal pages.

Your bid should be for the design of our home page only. You should supply examples of your work and a statement of how you will change our page. The current text on the page is an example only but we will provide all content. The home page, as well as most of our pages, is a composite of 5 embedded perl files, header, footer, left-nav, right-nav and body.

Bidder should be familiar with adding design to embedded perl code.
