Heat map generating script in Perl

We are looking for an experience Perl coder who can develop for us a heat generation script written in Perl
The heat map will show the temperature in a server room floor map (created as a PNG file) similar as this one: [url removed, login to view]
The current readings will be made available as a file with following structure:
line 1: PNG Image file name
line 2-n: X|Y|TEMPERATURE
First line is the name of the PNG on which to draw the overlay heat map
Following lines are the X & Y positions of the sensors and their current reading
Coloring ranges from blue (cool) to green (normal) and red (overheat) We will provide with what that scale is. The spread of each sensor (in pixels) has to be configurable in the script as this will largely depend on the scale at which the floor map was made.
Complexity is that the heat map shouldn't dissipate over a rack. Color coding of a rack will be an area ranging from gray to black like in the above picture.
