A small Perl scripts

I need a small Perl script that will read a small MySQL database and write a report with some data from 3 tables. One is a simple table of "languages" with id, name and locale. The second table is a list of "tokens" to be translated and the third one is the "translation" of these tokens to many languages. languages:: id name locale tokens id token tokens_languages token_id language_id translation translation_short note The script should take the locale as an argument and write down the list of all tokens, translation and translation_short and write a files with all values in the format: Token = {{Translation}{Translation_Short}}, and if there is a note for the record, to add it as: Token = {{Translation}{Translation_Short}}, % Note after some spaces and a %-sign.
