Corporate Event Group & Candid Photography

Our upcoming corporate event will bring together just over fifty colleagues, and I need someone who can smoothly handle a large-scale group portrait, then blend into the crowd to grab natural, story-telling candid shots. Dinner and reception is outside, they prefer a quick photo at the reception, then candid photos at the dinner. The must-haves: one well-arranged, evenly lit group photo of the entire team and a curated set of candid images that capture genuine interactions throughout the event. I’d like all finals delivered as high-resolution, colour-corrected JPEGs with basic retouching (Lightroom or equivalent workflow is fine) plus a web-ready downsized folder. Please factor in a short on-site review of the group shot so we can confirm everyone’s visible and looking their best. No quick deadlines for the photos.
