Candid Birthday Party Coverage

I’m celebrating a birthday on 17 January in Malad West, Mumbai and want the day documented in a fresh, unobtrusive way. Candid shooting is essential—I’d like every genuine smile, spontaneous laugh and small detail captured without staging or posing. You’ll be on-site for the full event for 3 hours (7.00 PM-10.00PM), from the first guest arrival through the last goodbye. Key moments I need covered include the cake-cutting ceremony, lively guest interactions and the games and activities we have planned. Please move freely through the venue, blending into the crowd so nothing feels forced. After the party I’ll need professionally edited, high-resolution photographs plus a short highlight video that stitches the best clips together with natural ambient sound (or light background music, if you think it fits). I also want access to the raw footage and unwatermarked JPEGs for future use. If you shoot on a mirrorless or DSLR setup with fast primes, use a stabilised gimbal for smooth video and can deliver within two weeks, this should be a straightforward collaboration.
