You’ll cover the entire day on site—from the first setup through the evening wrap—capturing the vibe, spontaneous interactions, décor details and any key moments that unfold. The brief in a nutshell • Shoot location: Goa (exact venue shared after confirmation) • Duration: one calendar day, roughly 8–10 hours of continuous coverage • Look & feel: modern, clean edits, natural light, true-to-life colours, candid framing—no heavy traditional poses What I’d like back 1. 250+ colour-graded, high-resolution photos supplied in both web and print formats 2. One 3–5 min highlight film (4K preferred, balanced audio) 3. A longer cut covering full key moments (15–20 min) 4. 3–5 short vertical clips ready for Instagram Reels/TikTok 5. All usable raw footage on drive or download link Post-production expectations • Light skin retouching, exposure correction, cohesive colour palette • Film editing with tasteful transitions and licensed background music • Delivery within three weeks of the shoot date On-site needs Mirrorless or cinema-grade 4K bodies, fast primes/zooms, gimbal for motion shots; a drone for aerials would be a welcome plus if venue permissions allow.
