I’m attending a full–day (12 pm to 5 pm) conference in BKC, Mumbai on Saturday, 26 September and need a photographer who can unobtrusively document the day. The focus is authentic coverage rather than staged material, so I’d like you moving through the venue capturing candid moments, natural interactions, and the flow of each speaker session. Alongside stills, I also want short raw video snippets of the crowd, keynote introductions, and any spontaneous networking exchanges—nothing heavily edited, just clean footage I can later trim for social recaps. Here’s what I’ll need by the week after the event: • A curated set of high-resolution, colour-corrected photographs delivered via downloadable link. • All raw video files in 1080p or higher, organised by session so my team can review quickly. • A simple shot log noting the order of sessions or any standout moments you captured. I’ll provide a detailed run-of-show, badges for easy access, and a corner to offload footage periodically. Please mention the gear you plan to bring (camera bodies, lenses, stabiliser, audio if you have it) and share a link to previous corporate event work with similar candid coverage. Looking forward to seeing how you frame the energy of the day.

Greetings, I see you need a photographer for your conference in BKC on September 26, focusing on capturing genuine moments throughout the day. My approach would be to blend into the background, allowing me to document the interactions and energy without interrupting the flow of the event. I'll make sure to cover the keynote sessions, networking opportunities, and candid exchanges, giving you a true reflection of the day. In terms of gear, I plan to bring professional camera bodies, versatile lenses, a stabilizer for smooth video, and audio equipment to capture key moments effectively. I’ll ensure that you receive high-resolution images and organized raw video files, along with a shot log for easy reference. Looking forward to the opportunity to help document your event. Best regards, Saba Ehsan

As a multi-skilled professional, I understand the importance of capturing candid moments that tell an authentic story. While my expertise lies primarily in website and e-commerce development, my side gig as a content creator and social media marketer have given me an excellent eye for detail and framing. I am proficient at handling various camera equipment and anticipate bringing high-quality equipment to this event too, ensuring seamless documentation of your conference. My past projects involved working in the same high-pressure corporate environments, where quick thinking, adaptability, and capturing the essence of the moment was crucial. In addition to delivering curated, colour-corrected photos via a downloadable link like you've requested, I promise to hand over all raw files promptly after the event. Along with this, I'll provide a simple yet organized log noting the order of sessions or any noteworthy moments captured. Every effort will be made by me to immerse myself in your event seamlessly while maintaining a discreet presence in order to do justice to your vision. Remember, capturing the perfect moment is often about being at the right place at the right time - and I intend to make it happen. Don't just take my word for it – check out some examples on my website! Let's make your event unforgettable together!
