Event Decor Photo & Video

I’m looking for a creative shooter who can capture the full beauty of event setups and decor. The work spans every kind of occasion—elegant weddings, polished corporate functions, lively birthday parties, and anything in-between—so versatility and a sharp eye for detail are essential. Here’s what I need: high-resolution photographs that highlight textures, lighting, floral arrangements, tablescapes, signage, and overall ambience, paired with cinematic video clips that can be edited into short social-media–friendly reels as well as longer horizontal cuts for our website and marketing deck. You should be comfortable working on location, using your own lighting if needed, and editing in tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to deliver a polished, color-corrected final product. Because the first shoot is coming up right away, I’ll need someone who can start ASAP and turn around edited files quickly after each event. Deliverables per event: • 30+ fully edited, print-ready images (JPEG + high-res PNG) • A 60-90 second vertical teaser for Instagram/TikTok • A 2-3 minute horizontal highlight video (1080p or 4K, H.264) • All usable RAW files on request If you have an adaptable portfolio that shows both stills and video of décor or staging, I’d love to see it and discuss the details of our first shoot.
