Event Photographer Needed at Hamburg

We require a photographer for a one-day event at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel. The event will start at 08:00 and finish at 19:00. The photographer will be responsible for capturing general event coverage throughout the day, including registration, sessions, networking, and the overall atmosphere. Event Details • Dates: April 23, 2026 • Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hamburg Marriott Hotel) Photography Requirements • Each speaker’s presentation: approx. 5–6 photos. • Panel discussions. • Wide shots of the hall & foyer capturing the audience and lively atmosphere. • Networking moments during registration, coffee breaks, lunch, and cocktail. • Exhibition booths and general event ambiance. • Expected minimum: 700–800 photos (more is welcome). • Edited photos should be delivered within 3–5 days after the event (earlier delivery would be even better). • On the event days, we will also need a selection of photos with simple edits for same-day use on our social media channels. Note: There may or may not be interviews. We will confirm a few days in advance whether interviews will take place. If confirmed, it would involve recording approximately 4–5 interviews (raw footage only, no editing). You should bring a light box, lapel microphone, and tripod for the interviews.
