Factory Document Retrieval for FDA

I need a reliable professional to make a single visit to our contract manufacturer’s plant and pick up the most recent Inspection Reports that the facility keeps on file. These reports must comply with FDA Guidelines; I will supply the exact templates so you know the format and sections to check before leaving the site. You will connect with me via Facetime or through What'sApp so I can visually see the manufacturing plant and interact with one or more of the staff members at the plant. Need to live in Qingdao China and be able to speak English. The task is straightforward and should take no more than four hours, including any time spent verifying that the reports are complete and clearly legible. Once collected, just scan or photograph them and send the files to me the same day. If you notice gaps or missing signatures while on-site, you’ll confirm with the plant staff and have them corrected before you leave. Deliverables: • Complete Inspection Reports in my provided template (PDF or high-resolution images) • Brief confirmation note summarizing date and personnel contacted at the facility That’s it—one visit, minimal paperwork, but critical to closing out my FDA quality management documentation.
