Finland House Photo-Video Shoot

I need a skilled local photographer / videographer to capture my wooden dacha near Prästkulla (exact spot here: [login to view URL]). The style I’m after is strictly Real estate: bright, clear images that make the place feel spacious and welcoming while remaining true to life. The property consists of a 70 m² main house, a separate sauna building, surrounding land and a small pier on the waterfront. Afternoon light works best for this location, so please plan your visit accordingly. Deliverables I expect • 25-30 edited, high-resolution photographs – Interior of the house – Exterior and landscape views – Dedicated shots of the sauna and the pier • A 60-90 second highlight video (horizontal, 4K) • Optional but strongly preferred: short drone sequence for an opening aerial sweep Kindly include basic colour correction and light retouching suitable for property listings. Final files can be delivered via a shared drive link within one week of the shoot.
