Our gender-reveal party runs for about three to four hours, and I need someone who can handle both photography and videography within a fairly tight budget. The atmosphere will be light and fun, so I’d love a mix of relaxed, candid coverage alongside a few gently directed poses. The real highlight I care about is capturing our family’s reactions when the surprise is finally revealed. If you can weave that emotion into a short highlight video and a set of edited photos, we’ll be in great shape. Deliverables I’m expecting: • A 3–5-minute edited video (HD) that focuses on genuine reactions. • A gallery of fully edited, high-resolution photos (both candid and a small set of posed shots). • Access to unedited files if possible, so I can archive every moment. Please bring your own gear, work efficiently in natural light, and keep an eye on audio for the important reveal moment. If this fits your skill-set and you’re comfortable working within a modest budget, I’d love to hear how you’d approach it and see a couple of similar samples.
