Your assignment will involve travelling to the village, visiting each functioning school, and documenting the reality you find through photos, short video clips, and concise written notes. The core of the work is fact-finding: capture how classrooms are run, the condition of buildings and learning materials, and the credentials or training pathways typically held by teaching staff. Speak with head teachers and district officials where possible to confirm enrolment numbers, attendance trends, and any curriculum guidelines they follow. I do not require exhaustive academic analysis—what I want is a clear, honest snapshot that external donors can rely on when deciding next steps. Deliverables • A 10-15 page PDF report organised under: infrastructure, staffing, learning resources, community perception, and immediate needs • A folder of time-stamped photographs and brief video clips labelled by location • Signed consent sheets for any interviews conducted • A one-page executive summary highlighting key risks and opportunities Acceptance criteria • All schools in Rosaka Village are covered (indicate GPS coordinates) • Photographs are original, unedited, and date-stamped • Statements from at least two separate administrators are included and cross-referenced • The final report is written in clear English and submitted within ten days of field visit completion Basic tools such as Google Sheets (for raw data), MS Word or Google Docs (for report writing), and a smartphone or DSLR for imagery will suffice. If you already use GPS-tagging or survey apps, feel free to integrate them as long as the exported files are accessible without proprietary software.
