I am looking for someone to recreate The Battle of Los Angeles sequences from my screenplay for the making of the effects for the film once we go into production. Those who contribute to this request and who create the most photorealistic sequences for my film, will become part of the motion picture project. I need one or more shots made from different angles and P.O.V.s. Pay is minimal right now - out of pocket. I am making this film totally independent of the studios, so I need the best sequences that can be made to help with the funding. I guarantee the one(s) chosen will get top pay once we get our budget. I will require samples from you.
The opening scenes of the film get right to business:
It is February 25, 1942 - 2:45 am and in the clear night sky, a squadron of UFOs and one large orange object fly into Southern California from the Pacific Ocean. The large object hovers over Culver City, while the squadron flies further inland. The large orange object stays behind hovering over a small community down below. The object is then bombarded by search lights and a barrage of cannon fire. The object gets direct hits but nothing can bring it down. Over 1500 rounds of 12 pound anti-aircraft shrapnel was fired at it and it remained unscathed. It slowly moved south to San Pedro where it was again hit with search light beams and fired upon. Then it silently moved back to Culver City where it remained a few minutes, again getting fired up, before swiftly moving back toward the Pacific Ocean and disappearing.
The interesting thing about this is this event really happened! It's a true story we are making. Independence Day VS War of The Worlds VS Pearl Harbor. I've made some sequences myself using After Effects, Cinema 4D, but I am not that great an animation artist. I am looking for the most dynamic and creative artists I can find to make this film. You deliver some awesome shots for me, I will make sure you are taken care of. There is also the famous Los Angeles Times photograph that was taken by the reporter who captured this most amazing event.
I prefer these clips in HD 1920 x 1080 or any smaller size format you are able to deliver. I am a Mac owner, so mov / wmv / avi is fine. Please contact me as soon as possible and submit to receive the screenplay.
