Drupal 7 simple responsive theme needed

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Drupal themer / front-ender to implement a custom responsive theme. The project is an easy responsive Drupal project with 2 breakpoints, 5 content types and some forms. Tested on desktop: IE 9 t/m 11, latest version of Chrome and Firefox. Mobile testing in Safari.
Input we will provide for you:
1. Axure prototype and architecture - available at [url removed, login to view]
2. Photoshop .PSD files of desktop, tablet and smartphone versions
3. Drupal testing environment, back-end work is already done! (incl. slider etc.)
4. Document in Bitbucket how to set your local environment so you can work with the theme for this Drupal project
Looking for an experienced themer, with knowledge of:
Drupal 7
Preprocessing template files (e.o. customising your markup)
Omega4 theme
Sass + Compass
Breakpoint (gem)
Bundler
Mobile first methode
Git (bitbucket, Pull requests etc.)
And as a pre:
gulpjs
OOCSS methode
commenting extensively in CSS selectors
You will be in contact with a senior front-ender to check and improve your work.
