Write & Design a 12 page brochure Solar Energy & Hotwater

Hi I need a 12 page brochure designing & writing, Must get solar info and re write it to make it unique to our site it will used for showing Domestic Solar PV and Hotwater systems and then 50 different type of lights bulbs to be shown with some technical data and a couple of Back up lighting systems, there is alot of sites for ghost writing, we have some stock photos but most would need to source additional, Company name to be used is SimplyEco Ltd and Sun Eco Systems Ltd.
Graphic designs of my solar systems are required with this project, namely buildings showing a basic layout of wiring, piping, onto a quality building showing inside and out with desks furniture etc.
Hi quality is expected and some 3d graphics illustrations are required showing a solar system for a house, AN Office that has installed our uninterpretable power Lighting system (A system that is a UPS attached only to the lights which are changed to our lights, 3rd will be the 1st house illustration but also adding a Solar Hot WaterSystem
attached is another mock up example but these are single A4 folded to A5 which is the house system only, the one you will make will be A3 folded to A4 and it one will be 12 pages +/-.
Our attempt is attached for reference, we will also continue to work with content advice and info where possible
