Create an advert in Photoshop for print

I need the attached PDF re-created in photoshop with bleeds and registration marks.

I need to be able to edit the advert so must have all layers visible.

Size A4

The advert needs changes to the layout and the pictures.

See attached scan for the changes.

Here is a list of the changes.

1: Remove the wording "IT'S YOUR CHOICE" from the top of the ad.

2: Centralise the word CHOICE

3: a: Reduce the size of the main picture move it to the left, leaving the right had size for the attached iPad picture.

b: Insert the attached orthotrac logo into the landscape ipad touch(replacing the NY times app) , ensuring you have adjusted the perspective accordingly.

c: then insert the ipad picture into the right hand side of the advert.

4: With the 6 small pictures along the middle of the advert:

a: leave the "3D", move the "autotracing" from the right to where the "comfort" picture is. Leave the "oneshot"

b: remove the "advanced software" "variable focal trough" "auto tracing" has already been moved"

c: I will confirm what this is to be replaced with later.
