**What I need done:**
Design a web page template to be used for a simple business web site. Depending on the design, may need both a home page and inside pages designed. I will leave that up to the designer to create the initial concepts. Must use a royalty-free photos if any images are used. Create an original design template for all the pages. Must be willing to work with me to modify designs to my client's specifications.
**
What I already have versus what the provider will build:**
Logo, business card and stationary files to use as a basis for this project will be provided. Menu items for web site will be provided. Some basic direction from client regarding site look and feel will be provided. Mock ups should be created with simple placeholder content. No writing/editing/typing required.
**Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:**
Must submit a copy of the original file as Adobe PSD, PC-based. Decisions are still being made as to how this file will be used. Potential for future work if you're also a CSS expert to create gif and CSS files.
**Specific expertise that I am seeking:**
High quality web design. Must be flexible to work with my client's request. All work will be done at a flat fee with no extra expenses for revisions within the scope of this project. If you have expertise in creating CSS or Drupal templates a plus. Please provide example portfolio samples.
**Timeframe for delivery:**
Total project timeframe is 2 weeks. Please deliver initial design assets within 1 week of selection. Edits and updates will be requested within 1 week after choosing a final design concept. Will work with selected designer to have final PSD file delivered by the end of the second week.
