About the role We’re looking for a London-based student or early-career photographer to support our marketing efforts by capturing high-quality photos of our top venues. This is a freelance, ad-hoc opportunity, perfect for someone who wants flexible, project-based work alongside studies or other commitments. You’ll visit selected venues across London to photograph spaces and deliver professionally edited images that showcase them at their best. Responsibilities * Visit assigned venues across London to conduct photoshoots * Independently communicate with venues to arrange photoshoot dates, confirm access, and coordinate logistics * Keep clear and proactive communication with the Tagvenue team regarding scheduling, availability, and delivery * Capture high-quality, well-composed photos that highlight the venue’s atmosphere, layout, and key features * Manage shoots independently and work efficiently on-site * Edit and deliver final images according to Tagvenue’s visual standards and within agreed timelines What we’re looking for Must-have * Based in London with easy access to travel across the city * Own photography equipment (camera, lenses, lighting if needed) * Experience in photography, ideally place, interior, architectural, or event photography * Strong photo editing skills, with your own access to tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software * Good eye for composition, lighting, and detail * Good communication skills and confidence working directly with venue teams * Reliability and ability to meet deadlines * Comfortable working independently * Portfolio showcasing relevant work Nice-to-have * Student or recent graduate in photography, media, or related field * Experience shooting commercial spaces or real estate * Basic understanding of branding or marketing photography * Flexible weekday availability Work conditions * Freelance / self-employed contract (you invoice us per completed shoot) * Fixed rate per photoshoot (covers shooting + editing) * Ad-hoc assignments (not regular weekly work) * Flexible schedule — you choose availability * On-site work at venues across London This is a fantastic opportunity for media, photography, or creative students to gain real-world experience, expand their portfolio, and work with some of London’s most exciting venues.
