Photoshop Image Adjust from Template

I have a purchased psd template from Graphic River and need to have our own logo added. I have no idea how to, but the developer has included a .txt file with instruction (attached).
The Balfour Beatty logo is our's to replace the placeholder in the template. We would like to stick with the blue version of the puzzle pieces.
