I'm a DJ located in Sydney, Australia. I need someone to assist with a number of tasks in running my business, including invoicing and scheduling. The reason I'm advertising within the sales category is because I would like to maximise the amount I earn from clients, as well as with new enquiries. My clients are of the utmost importance to me, so general sales skills, rapport building, and a friendly demeanour with Australians is extremely important! Tasks will include (but not be limited to): Weekly: replying to email enquiries with regards to availability, invoicing on Mondays, recording expenses & bookkeeping, matching incoming payments to invoices & bringing any unpaid invoices to my attention, sending availability, scheduling gigs. Monthly: Organising interstate trips, including flights & accommodation research (best price), maintaining my AirBnB schedule, categorising income to identify new growth areas, social media scheduling, strategy & advertising updating colours & text on a Photoshop template according to upcoming events. You will have access to an email account based on my domain, my accounting software, and my AirBnB account. You will also have access to my bookings schedule, which is a Google calendar. You'll need to update this from time to time, and then update my availability on AirBnB also if I am out of Sydney. Invoicing will be to my regular clients through MYOB. You simply need to check against the hours worked according to my Google calendar and invoice them. The first few weeks we'll work together before emails are sent, and I'll be available to communicate with you via instant messaging as you need.

I wish to submit my interest in your project/job. I am based in Sydney and currently work in a role where I have full autonomy and flexibility to would manage at least 3 hours per week. I am a single mother who is looking to supplement her income but am extremely organised and my background is in administration, event management, marketing, sales, graphic design and financial control.
