Drupal Themer required to create and adjust views output

I require a drupal developer to do what I dont have time to do. The developer will not be required to create a website, simply alter the views and panels of a site in development. You can view the site here: [login to view URL] The bargain shop section needs to be displayed like it does in shopzilla: [login to view URL] Also, A second view must be created to display such as [login to view URL] Thirdly, a block needs to be created allowing the user to switch between the views. (like in Gumtree). Fourthly, I will need the developer to adjust the way in which the actual content type node is displayed (must display like: [login to view URL] ) Lastly, I will need the developer to create a mini gallery field where in if the user uploads more than one image (through image fields), it creates a gallery similar to: [login to view URL] ) This is a urgent matter and will need to be complete as quick as possible.
