PHP Site Modification

I need approx 6 elements changed on new php website. 1) switch left side to right side. 2) place "how it works" button in header (on right side) then change a few words on pop-up. 3) place price Menu ($5,$10,$15,$20 and $25) on "filter" line last place on right. 4) place Categories and Suggest A Job graphics on right-side boxes ( show you were graphics are) 5) place check mark and dollar sign on those boxes. ( I give you exact example) 6) make sellers boxes larger and replace link with green buy button. (button image will be shown to you) After test sellers & buyers is done to insure everything is working correctly I will release total milestone. => Only PHP, Smarty PHP and Ajax Pros with experience will be considered. Also I will watch for Competitive bid. My site Plus sample site will be given to help get job done according to specifications. koj
