344791 ammendments required to sites

Hi we have a property portal website [login to view URL] dot uk. and an individual portal site [login to view URL] dot uk. We require some addtional work to them 1)Set up xml import feed format set up to allow users to bulk import 2)Set up rightmove format import feed set up to allow users to bulk import with this format as well 3)Get rss feed from our site set up 4)Sort out site so that when properties are put on [login to view URL] site, it automatically updates [login to view URL] in real-time.(both sites on same server) 5) Set up agents property list in their profile section, that allows them to print off their listings, in different ways(ie with /without pics, in price order, area order, short description, long description, bullet points) 6)index template to get minor layout changes with keyword search field box put into search box. 7)let by and sold watermarks to go though picture when is let or sold (already done on 1-2-let, just needs to me moved over to lettog site 8)on search results page, have drop down box for no of listings. Also have the no of beds displayed next to each listing. Avalailibility date to change to "NOW" when the date passes. This is already done on 1-2-let site, it just needs to be moved over to lettog site 9)change layout of property details page so that property details and pictures are on same page 10)Look at getting slide show working for longer, with better slide show in profile page 11)Redesign templates of 1-2-let and colours to look different from [login to view URL] 11)Integrate all features into both sites 12)We currently have an ftp feed set up in admin to ftp all properties on site. We need an add a feature in there,that allows us to select or deselect agents to upload, so that we can select who is uploaded asa group. 13)Set up an online form that allow staff to input tenants and landlords details into [login to view URL] online database, and to have a box that when ticked, will also send to [login to view URL] database as well. 14) Sites like rightmove and primelocation allow us to download our enquires into an excel spreadsheet. I need an upload set up so that we can upload these details to automatically go into our tenants and landlords database without having to manually type them in.
