14689 Construction Website

What I need is a construction site. It doesnt need to be the best but I want it unique. This is for an actual business so I cant be using anything illegally. This isnt a huge construction so we dont need a website that is for a multi billion dollar construction company. This website is for a small remodeling/construction company. I have the logo from the client so you can base the site off the logo. Client is not a computer guru so it would be really nice if you could provide a very simple admin backend which would allow him to edit the content on the page. Or just setup a html editor online so he can edit the website. Any questions just ask. I cannot pay money and I can unerstand alot of you guys wont even bother with this project because of that.
