I need a couple of small fixes made to the dotproject script.
Here are the requirments.
Their is a system admin link available to users that have only ticket desk permission by click on the following links --> my info link to --> edit preferences to --> system admin. Here the user can turn on and off modules. I need this link removed.
Remove the search link in the ticket area.
Needs to email multiple people when new tickets are submitted and email the ticket submitter when the ticket has been responded to.
When a user is created and is only given permission to the ticket desk, the program allows the user to see all tickets. I need this to not allow the user to see any ticket other than their own. Since I have to create the user, I will assign all users to their own companies. So possibly the helpdesk could sort ticket viewing based on the company variable or on the username variable.
