383349 Mini Site setup

I am looking for a web master that can design a simple mini site for me. The mini site will consist of 1) a squeeze page, 2) a sales page, 3) “x” template pages that can have embedded video/audio scripts inserted into them (most of these audio/visual scripts will be inserted in at a later date, because most of files aren't created yet), 4) a word press blog, and 5) a thank you page.

I will provide all of the content for these pages, as well as the auto responder opt in box HTML code, and the PayPal button HTML code, (or if you are using iContact or 1 shopping cart, or something else, then you will want to insert those names in there) as well as any graphics that I want to appear in the site. All that I need the webmaster to do is to attach a WordPress blog to my server and then put my content together so that the site is fully functional. The WordPress blog must reside on my server (i.e. [url removed, login to view] not [url removed, login to view])

I am fully aware that this will be a very simple project for anyone with any kind of FTP skills, but I am using this very basic job to help me find an outsourcer that I can add to my team and supply with future work.

I want the site done within 10 days of you receiving the content that I will send you. I want to receive an update of your progress after 5 days, and again after 8 days. If you can't do the project within the given guidelines do not bid, as I will decrease the amount that I pay you by $10 every day after the 10 day limit has been reached.

I want to have full administrative function of this site once it is done, and I reserve the right to have modifications done to the site for 30 days after you deliver me the final product.

In your proposal please let me know which language that you will be using to get the website put together.
