I want the features of scriptlance as well as i want the capability to create a featured plus project and programmers with paid listing only will be able to work for them, i want a main admin from which i will be able to import feedbacks from other freelance sites on request of the programmers. i will pay half when the project is ready and working on your servers and the rest when its completely installed and wrking on my server. it will include integartion with escrow and paypal as well, totally complete.
