299677 Troubleshoot EW Portal -PayPal

I am currently using the EliteWeaver's EW Business Portal script. I

would prefer to work with someone who has worked with this script

before. But if you think you can solve the problem, by all means, place

a bid.

I need two things done with respect to this script. The script works with

the PayPal payment system.

1) Affiliate commission not added

There are two ways in which an affiliate earns commission via this

script. The first is via the cart script (which retrieves the affiliate ID

cookie and insert's it into PayPal's custom field). The second is via

a PayPal button that the affiliate inserts into his web page where he

manually adds his affiliate ID into the custom field of the button.

The cart script is working well. It is recording affiliate commission

as should.

I am having problems with the PayPal button version. It seems to

be recording commission the first time a commission is made. But

on later purchases it is not adding the new commission to the old

one. I get notification that a commission has been earned but it

does not add the new commission to the old one. I need this problem

rectified.

Just click on one of the categories and you'll see two buttons for

each product. One is the PayPal button and the other is the cart

script.

2) Coupon code

The script also has the function to create unique discount coupon

codes. Each code can only be used once. Whenever a coupon is

used, the script does something to mark the coupon as having been

used. I need this function disabled/ changed so that a group of

people can use the same coupon code to get a discount until, of

course, I delete the coupon from the database.

I guess the best way to do this is to comment out the part of the

script that marks a coupon code as having been used.

I have attached the part of the script which I think relates to the above

problems.
