Adult Site with Shopping Cart, Feed (Streaming) and Admin

Looking to have a couple Adult sites completed. The two sites to mock are [login to view URL] and http://publisher.adultcentro.com. I need sites to function exactly as these do. This will be a 3 part project; 1. Admin (Stores all videos, Manage Orders, Content ect) 2. Selling site ([login to view URL]) Sotre selling site 3. [login to view URL] (Streaming content. Custs pay by GB) you can also look at [login to view URL] as they also do feeds) The [login to view URL] is a pretty straight forward shopping cart site. Clients can view content and checkout. The [login to view URL] site is a little bit more. It is a feed site that streams content to the clients site via API and the customer is charged per the GB as their clients watch the videos. Tracking of the content, being able to white lable via multiple skins clients can choose is a must. Lastly the admin, it will manage all, orders for shopping site, content (videos) for both sites, People ion movie, categories descriptions both by DVD and the scenes within those DVDs. Want to be able to manage all orders and movies from one place. This is a multi team project so ideals would need one person to manage a couple programmers. Prefer to use PHP but am open to new ASP to make it more standardized. Prefer person who has done video streaming sites and Adult is preferred. The project will be long term after completion for future enchantments. Please review the above links in depth before bidding.
