I'm looking for a quote for someone to develop a program for me using the [Amazon API/Web Services] to create a program and website similar to ScoutPal ([[url removed, login to view]]) using ASP .NET.
1.) Development of a program to mimic the functionality of Scoutpal's basic program (not the SE program that can work with Scanners...that may come later).
2.) Source code should be written to allow for easy enhancements and upgradebility.
3.) Extensive documentation of the source code
4.) Basic documentation (word format is fine) of the program.
5.) Instructions for install/setup of the program
1.) Creation of a site similar to Scoutpal's basic site including user login and management area.
I am looking for a coder who I can build a long-term relationship with...I have a few other projects that I am interested in building in relation to this product/project. Take a look at the SellerEngine website (<[url removed, login to view]>) for another idea of one product that I am looking to replicate...the SellerEngine project is **not** part of this project, but I will consider your ideas for developing this product as well.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
