Asp.net Javascript Color Picker Control

We need an ASP.Net (C#) Color Picker Control like the one at [login to view URL] Requirements: 1. Should Open a DHTML Layer to select the Colors 2. The Control should have both a TextBox to show the color value and also an area showing the color selected. 3. The Control should work inside of an Ajax Update Panel 4. All javascript enabled browsers supported including IE6, IE7, FF, Safari, Opera both on Windows and Mac OS 5. Should be easy to setup and use. 6. The Control should expose a property called SelectedColor, this is both a get and set property. If this property is assigned, it selects that color and shows the same in the browser. 7. No Third Party Code should be used. 8. All code is well commented. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
