I want a Function in VB.NET that will be used from an asp.net page. the funtcion will extract and parse data from: [url removed, login to view] the function will return a Structure with the following fields: Date Commercial Vehicles Wait Time: Hour Commercial Vehicles Wait Time: Delay (in minutes) Commercial Vehicles Wait Time: Lanes open Commercial Vehicles Wait Time: Total Lanes Passenger Vehicles Wait Time: Hour Passenger Vehicles Wait Time: Delay (in minutes) Passenger Vehicles Wait Time: Lanes open Passenger Vehicles Wait Time: Total Lanes Alternative Inspection Wait Time: Houy Alternative Inspection Wait Time: Delay The page is uniform structured, so it wil be easy to extract the data. the function will accept a parameter: Port Name, and will return the results only of that port. Example: Blaine, Pacific Highway Note that there are cities where there are 2 or more crossing ports. I will also need a list of the valid Names that the function can accept. Also the different variations must be catched, examples: -Port is currently closed. -Hours of operations are 6 AM to 10 PM PST. (<- Return The 'From' and 'To'hours, in this example, 6AM and 10PM will be returned in different fields) -no commercial traffic -no POV traffic -no alternative inspection traffic -etc. Design your own structures to catch the variations, based on the fields I designed. This is a small project but I will give good ratings, so you can start building your Resume on RAC ;)
the function in a .vb file an asp.net page with a dropdown listing all the valid port names that use the function and display the results.
