Complete trouble ticket system for web written in C#, using ASP.NET 1.0. Users may initiate a ticket directly from within a link embedded in an asp.net datagrid. Ticket system must allow for multiple categories of problems with at least one subcategory level, status tracking, viewing and updating of ticket by both user and provider. System must email notification when a message is posted by both the user and provider. Must have the ability to open, close and modify ticket by both user and provider. Must also provide clean interface for both user and provider to administer and track tickets. User id should be obtained via .net [url removed, login to view] object. All data stored in SQL Server 2000 tables. Code should be in code-behind format with C# user/custom controls optional, as necessary. Ease of posting and reviwing tickets by user is a must.
